The defence of the Western hemisphere has never been more important, and working with democratic partners around the world is vital for our security. This extends to Latin America, where in recent years Russia, China, and Iran have meddled with the internal affairs of the continent.
New Direction is honoured to co-sponsor this special event, bringing leaders from Latin America to Europe for an exchange with democratic allies. From Brazil to Italy, there is a great deal of work to be done to promote better trade, security, and diplomatic relations between the Old World and New.
