Preventive Healthcare, Food Sovereignty, and European Reform

European food security has never been more important. For decades, Europe has been importing much of its food from outside the EU. With supply chains under greater pressure than ever, it’s time for the EU to take food security seriously.

However, food security is only half of the battle, the greater challenge still is ensuring that everyone in Europe gets to enjoy nutritious and healthy meals. For centuries, the Mediterranean diet has been proven to be among the healthiest and best.
